We may collect your name, phone number, address, device brand/model, reported fault, booking details and order information so we can contact you, provide service, deliver products and manage support.
Device data and customer files
We take reasonable care while handling devices and aim to protect customer data. However, repair, software installation, storage failure or other technical work can cause data loss; therefore, we cannot guarantee that all data will always remain intact. Please back up important files before handing over a device, and tell us if data privacy is a special concern. We will not intentionally access or copy personal files except where reasonably necessary for the requested diagnosis/service or with your permission.
Parts and device handling
We record the reported condition and, where practical, accessories/parts received with the device. Please check the job sheet at pickup and delivery. We take reasonable care to return the device and parts received, but any concern should be reported promptly so it can be investigated.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery are arranged according to location, availability and confirmed charges. Please check the device condition and included accessories at handover.
Use and sharing of information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, process bookings/orders, provide repair updates, arrange delivery, handle payments/refunds and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with delivery, payment or technical partners only as needed to fulfil the request, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, warranty, dispute resolution or legal requirements, and use reasonable safeguards. No online system or data transfer can be guaranteed completely secure.
