Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to products sold by Daakshika Infotech. Please contact us promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or defective.
Damaged, incorrect or defective product
Please inspect the package/product at delivery and report visible damage, a wrong item or a defect within 48 hours of delivery at +91 81302 17843 or info@daakshikainfotech.shop. Share the order details and clear photos/videos where possible. We will review the claim and may inspect the product. If the claim is verified and approved, we aim to provide a replacement within 2 days, subject to stock, inspection and delivery availability. If replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with the customer.
Liquid damage and physical damage
Liquid damage, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify for a free replacement or warranty. If a product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours and do not attempt repair before we review the claim. Eligibility is decided after inspection and applicable seller/manufacturer terms.
Return condition
Keep the product, packaging, serial number, accessories, invoice and labels intact until the claim is resolved. Used, altered, incomplete or physically damaged products may not be eligible unless the issue is verified as present at delivery or applicable law requires otherwise.
Payment terms
For orders where this payment arrangement is confirmed, 50% is payable in advance and the remaining 50% is payable upon delivery. The applicable payment terms will be confirmed before order acceptance.
Refunds
Refunds are considered when a return/refund is approved, including where an agreed replacement cannot be supplied. Once approved, the refund method and expected processing time will be communicated to the customer. Bank/payment-provider processing may take additional time. Shipping, installation or service charges, if any, will be handled according to the confirmed order terms and applicable law.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order number, delivery date, issue description and photos/videos. Do not ship an item back until return instructions are provided.
